July 04, 2008, 02:45:37 pm ZTNET, our host, has begun upgrading our server. As a result, the libraries that IceCast2 required are now gone. As a result, the software needs to be rebuilt. While the upgrade is welcomed, it came at a bad time where I do not have much free time. As a result, it will take me some time to get the network back up. No ETA is available but I hope to have everything back in order by the end of the July 2008. As I think about it, this wouldn't be a bad time to reorganize the network, hire some new fresh talent in, etc. Perhaps this is a blessing in disquise, like the Y2K bug forcing companies to upgrade their computers. Speaking of which, I am in talks with TSSZ in regards to a come-back to 'ZRN! More to come! Full Post |
